From day one of commencement of our new home it was great to work with the whole team from JPS. The organisation throughout from start to finish was second to none. A great compliment for any contractor is the fact that I was able to place my trust knowing that I had high expectations. In particular, the contractor himself, Mr Flanagan, has a great attention to detail and often was able to suggest something that we may not have taken into consideration. Throughout he was always available and the workmanship from his employees was perfection. From the moment we first sat down with JPS we knew there was no one else we wanted to build our home. Everyone who was at our home from day one have been excellent and so professional. Excellent and professional service from JPS from start to finish on our new build. Building our new home was daunting at first and after pricing various contractors we decided to put our faith with JPS and thankfully we made a great decision. For us, it wasn’t a new build… but an extensive remodelling, which meant living with builders and builders walking around us, never ideal!! But from start to finish the job was co-ordinated, planned and carried out professionally, always with a keen eye to detail and design. As the work progressed, every aspect was assessed, rubble and waste products disposed of with minimal disruption to us in our home. All staff/workers were friendly, respectful, helpful and very considerate. We loved the regular updates and check-in’s and one year on we are delighted with the finished product. Just disappointed that we weren’t invited to the Christmas barbecue lol

Thanks to Padraig and his team during an extremely stressful time. They expertly co-ordinated a high quality restoration and re-instated the property back to its original condition after a fire. From the first meeting I had with JPS they could not have been more helpful. They talked me through different scenarios and considered practicalities for day to day living I had not considered. The team was always ready to take my call or answer emails. The site was always so tidy. When any issues arose JPS were always on top of the problem. Works included the reconstruction of original features, which were salvaged and carefully matched with modern replacements which now look amazing. Excellent company to do business with. Right from the design phase of the extension to the quality of finish, everything went well. Good tradesmen who took pride in their work and were a pleasure to have around the house which was still being lived in at the time. 

Having used JP&S for several years now for two big projects to our house I would highly recommend them as anyone's contractor of choice. JP&S Construction Ltd completed an office refurbishment to Gransha Hospital Derry. They completed this project within a live working environment. The working environment and its uses were considered ahead of and during the work, ensuring that it did not interfere with day to day work and our needs were met. JP&S Construction completed an extension to our school. It was completed within a short time frame and to a very high standard.
