Location: Downpatrick, Northern Ireland
Client: The Maxol Group
Newly developed Service Station at New Bridge Street, Downpatrick as part of Maxol’s Ireland-wide Expansion Plan.
Works comprised of a retail store, with coffee shop and deli counter together with forecourt development and fuel pump installation. We worked in tandem with fit-out and fuel specialist supply chain partners to ensure an aesthetic and functional finish that fitted with the companies branding and business model.
The Service Station was surrounded by residential and commercial development and remained operational throughout the project. JP&S Construction Ltd overcame construction challenges and site constraints, ensuring Health and Safety policies were strictly adhered to at all time, to hand over this first class project on time and to budget.
Maxol said its innovative and sustainable forecourt design had been fully implemented at Downpatrick, hosting a range of cutting-edge technologies that reduce the site’s existing carbon footprint. These measures included the use of low-energy CO2 refrigeration; LED lighting systems; use of automatic timers in-store and external lighting systems to reduce energy use.
JP&S Construction Ltd delivered an exemplar project which perfectly complimented the company’s vision.
